Check-in: 13:00, Check-out: 12.00pm.

If a Guest plans to check-in before 13:00 (subject to availability), and check-out later than 12:00 pm — he should agree it with the administrator beforehand.

If a Guest plans to check-in after 21:00, then there is a need for advance payment.

Rooms and keys become available for the guests only upon the passport presentment and payment confirmation. In the case of loss of keys, damage or loss of hotel property the guests should reimburse the damage cost according to the price list.

For a stay less than 24 hours the payment is done for the full day.
